Every item at PokéPIECE is hand-selected, verified, and guaranteed authentic. All products are new and sealed (unless specified on the product page).

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Delivery typically takes:
- 1–3 business days within Switzerland
- 3–10 business days for international orders (depending on your location and carrier)
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow every step.

Are taxes and duties included in the price?
Yes, all prices include VAT, so there are no surprises at checkout! However, please note that import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility to pay upon delivery.
