1. Where we ship
We deliver all over Switzerland, Europe, the US, Canada, and Asia! Orders are carefully packed in Lausanne and usually shipped within 1–3 business days after your payment clears (excluding weekends, public holidays, and preorders). We always do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely — thank you for your patience and support! 💛

4. Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
Please note: customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees are not included and must be paid by the customer.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order leaves our store, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
6. Delays, Loss, or Damage
Delivery times are estimates. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@pokepiece.ch.
7. Incorrect or unclaimed addresses
If a package is returned due to an incomplete, incorrect, or unclaimed address, it can be reshipped after payment of any additional shipping charges.
